Producer Trust Agreement Summary

• Revenue Split: Revenue is split 50% to the Label and 50% to the creative team. If a signed artist is used, the typical split is 50% Label / 25% Artist / 25% Producer.

• Exclusive Rights: Once a beat is selected for a "Signal Drop," the Label owns exclusive rights. You must remove the beat from all public stores (BeatStars, YouTube, etc.).

• Deliverables: You must provide "Stems" (separated audio tracks) for mixing and quality control whenever requested.

• Originality & Liability: Beats must be 100% original. You are legally responsible (liable) for any un-cleared samples.

• Age Requirements: You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian sign. The Label may require a photo ID before paying you.

The "Disconnect" (Exit): You can terminate the partnership with 30 days' notice. If the Label doesn't release a track within 90 days, the rights return to you.
